For direct deposit of payroll, pension, or recurring monthly income, print and complete our Electronic Funds Transfer Instructions for Automatic Deposits. Complete and forward this form to your payroll department or other processor. Remember, your deposits are federally insured to the maximum amount by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA).
