Making Life Better… In Our Communities

Community-minded is one of our pillars and continues to be a focus of ours each and every year. Our success, however, could not be considered successful without the support we get from our members! These successes are as much a reflection on our coms not without the We would not be as successful in this endeavor, without  not only makes up our name, it is the core of everything we do. We know we wouldn’t exist without our members and the communities in which they live.

Recapping 2023

Always a community favorite, our two (2) community-wide shred days were held at our Livonia Branch in May and October.

Thanks to the generosity of those members who use the CC Shamrock Visa card, we were able to support the Detroit Catholic Central Scholarship Fund.

CVF was the presenting sponsor of the 2023 Livonia Home Show held at the Rec Center in March 2023.

Throughout the school year, CVF was able to visit classrooms at All Saints Catholic School teaching about money concepts and credit!

Through a variety of different fundraisers, we successfully raised more than $5,000 and adopted five local families through our Christmas Angels program.

As a staff, we assembled more than 500 hygiene kits for Clean Love Project in Romulus. And in November, we collected and delivered more than 300 pounds of canned food and non-perishable items to Fish & Loaves in Taylor.
